The ahha Hardesty Center is available for rent for your next celebration or meeting in downtown Tulsa.
Wednesday through Sunday: $5,500
Monday and Tuesday: $3,500
Price includes all available floors of the building for 8 hours total.
Our ongoing public arts programs at the Hardesty Center require rental clients to rent the entire building to maximize enjoyment of the space and limit interference from the public. Ask us how we can help you infuse the arts into your event!
All posted times include set-up and tear-down. All events must end by 11:00 PM. All vendors must be out by 12:00 AM. Event dates and times are subject to prior agreement based on ahha’s calendar. Please note: a signed facility rental contract is required to confirm your calendar reservation.
The rental fee includes the use of our furniture (see list below), set up and tear down of our furniture, and an on-site host for your event.
